“This has been the best decision we have made regarding our school’s efforts in tracking service hours. It has made it so much easier for sponsors, parents, and students to be able to stay current on documenting their time served as well as remain aware of what opportunities are available. There are so many features and many options for customization available. I couldn’t possibly imagine a better system than this one.”
“Helper Helper has helped us hold students accountable. Because we are more efficient now, we can take the time to follow up with students who may have late or missing hours. Helping our students track and reach their service hour goals would be much more challenging without Helper Helper! I tell every NHS adviser I know to use Helper Helper! It makes record-keeping much easier.”

“I was hesitant to pay for a service we were surviving without, but I do not regret it for a moment. The amount of time I have saved has more than paid for the service and then some!”
— Andie Cummings, Student Ambassador Adviser, Manatee School for the Arts
Helper Helper integrates directly with the student information systems (SIS) and single sign-on (SSO) providers your school already uses, including Google for Education, Microsoft, PowerSchool, ClassLink, Canvas, and more.

Third-Party Coordinator Approval via Email or Text Message
For self-reported hours, students provide their coordinator’s contact details. The system sends a simple two-click approval message to coordinators, keeping the validation process fast and easy.
Once approved, this status will show in your admin panel where you can bulk-validate them all at once or review each one individually.
