Read to the Final Four is a literacy challenge aimed at creating a lifelong love and interest in reading for students across Minnesota. The NCAA, Women’s Final Four and the Minnesota Local Organizing Committee have teamed up to inspire and incentivize third graders across the state to develop their abilities and entice participation in this nine-week program. Your third 3rd-grade students will be participating in this challenge with the goal of reading as much as possible to help their school win a variety of cool and unique prizes.
Students can read any kind of book, and both online and physical books about any subject, theme, or language. You and your child are responsible for ensuring that the reading log gets filled out with their minutes read every day. At the end of the week, a signature is required to authenticate that the reading done is accurate.
