A reminder will go out to every volunteer signed up for an event two days and two hours before it starts. The reminder will include all of the information provided about the event including the location, description and their time commitment.
The coordinators listed for each event will receive a reminder with all of the event information as well as the volunteers and their time commitments. The email message will also include the event check-in link and validation code for easy volunteer verification.
